SQL Server agent fails to start after adding gMSA

After changing from a service user to a group Managed Service Account the SQL agent fails to start and no errors recorded.  This was SQL 2014 SP1.

Fix was to add the gMSA acount to the SQLAGENT.OUT file with full permissions as indicated in this document
